Qualifications
You must understand and agree with the following laws of the Republic of Talossa and be willing to witness and certify marriage services in accordance with Talossan law. You must also be an active citizen of the Republic of Talossa for atleast 6 months to be eligible. Acceptance of individuals is up to the sole discretion of the Office of the Secretary of State. Reasons for denial shall be sent to you within 10 days of decision.

Keeping up to date.
It is up to you to keep up to date on the pertinent laws that affect you responsibility as an Authorized Marriage Officiant. The Office of Secretary of State will do its best to keep you up to date of changes to laws that affect your position.
Rescinding of Status
At any time should you not agree with the documentation set forth here you should contact the Republic of Talossa and rescind your status an Authorized Marriage Officiant for the Republic of Talossa.
At any time and without warning the government of the Republic of Talossa should find that you are in violation of laws or the spirit of he position, we reserve the right to suspend or rescind your Authorized Marriage Officiant status. You shall be notified as to any change in your status to the best of our ability within 10 days of this decision.
There will be a one time application fee that will be required at the time you submit your application.
