Art Verbotten | I know most of you associate Talossa more with the web than with a real chunk of real estate on the planet, so this is hopefully the first of many posts I'll be doing that show just what Talossa really looks like.
I've always wanted to do this.
It might help some of my fellow Republic folk (I still cannot force myself to use the word Republican to describe myself :-) ) who live thousands of miles away from here to see what I see everyday.
I was poking around YouTube and found this video of the lakefront.

Most of the footage is of Maritiimi Province in the summer.
I do not know who posted this.
It's a YouTube home video with benefits so take that into consideration.
It's long, a bit jumpy at times, and the the music becomes bothersome after awhile (IMO-I turned the sound waaaayyyyy down), but it does give you a feel for our lake front.
Given the random motorcycle appearances throughout the footage, I'm guessing that it was shot by a biker, possibly while here on a fishing excursion.
Talossa can be ugly, but it does have its beauty as well.
Hopefully most of the really ugly stuff is behind us now.:-)
