in a case you are not aware of that fact, law says (II-1-1-3) that once you feel your-self interested in Talossan language, you became constituent of L'Icastolâ. L'Icastolâ is, as the same paragraph states, the official agency of the Talossan language in the Republic. so it goes.
law also says (II-1-1-4), that L'Icastolâ is self-governing and until it provides otherwise, it shall be chaired and administered by the Minister of Culture. thus, its contemporary head is me. so it goes.
and as one of the main thesis of MRP government is the well-known "grass-rooting", I intend to realise the self-governing nature of L'Icastolâ ASAP. so it goes.
for that we need to call the general meeting of all of you who are interested in Talossan language, we need to nominate candidates and then we need to elect one of them. so it goes.
1) all L'Icastolâ members (hint: see above, paragraph one), please, during the next 10 days since today, to register you, leave under this message your reply with "hello, me *name*, is interested in Talossan language".
2) during the 10-day period mentioned above, any one of already registered L'Icastolâ member can in L'Icastolâ forum nominate candidate for the head of L'Icastolâ. the nomination period will be closed in day 15 from today.
3) since the day 16, all registered members may cast their votes for chosen candidate to this mailbox: culture@republicoftalossa.net. if this is not found correct enough, we may set a voting using Ballotbin with its master. there will be 10 days period for voting.
4) at the day 26 (i.e. 13th May, 2007/xxviii/IV) the new head will be impositioned to its office and L'Icastolâ became fully government independent organisation. and hopefully fully working too.
