Excellent choice.

Ah, that's excellent. If you use a bit of horseradish and mustard on there, it will be a perfect combination of flavours.

So then, what is it that we should call this wonderfully Talossan sandwich? And what should we pair it with? Perhaps wash it down with a Talossan Cider?

I still have a month or two as Trappings of Nationhood minister. If you guys like, I can suggest to the PM and Prez that we adopt the Stubborn Sandwich and Talossan cider as the national lunch-food and winter beverage of the Republic. And, of course, the Talossa Bonnet as the national delicious snack treat.
