    Citizen #23:
    Ián Anglatzarâ
The issue of joining up with the Kingdom has been sapping energy from us, and led us absolutely nowhere. We know under what conditions we could imagine discussing unification - all we're doing is putting those down on paper and saying: "These are the preconditions. We agree on that. Let's stop discussing this to death all over again until they have been met, and focus our energy elsewhere."

Private citizens can continue to harp about this all they want to. Nothing stops them. Deputies can continue talking about it all they want to. Nothing stops them.

But the government and associated official bodies will be relieved of these discussions, discussions which have been ridiculous up til now, because the Abbavilla government isn't even interested.

Having policies is a good thing. They keep a government focused. And they can be repealed anytime we want to.
