Who said that newspapers literally have to be "news"papers? It could also be magazines in which brainy guys are ranting away about the benefits of fun in the micronational environment, including special observations that were made in the Republic of Talossa.

As for news, good news is news that is blown out of proportion. Big headlines, brief fragments of text:

SCHIVÂ SWEARS OFF DIRIGISM
(Maricopa) Rumours are in the air according to which Miestrâ Schivâ has been
overheard swearing off dirgism. Presently there is no confirmation to be had,
but being asked for a comment, her opponent, S:reu Vercáriâ already hinted
that he might approve of this. "I could possibly approve of this," he said,
according to yet another nameless source.

GUBNER DAL MAR ENDORSES FUN IN POLITICS
(Maricopa> "Fun in politics is essential", he nodded, while sipping from an
ice-cold drink, sitting in a lazy West Texan Maricopan sun on
the porch of his domicile. "So if voters considered to vote for me, I might add
a healthy dose of sillyness to our politics." S:reu Vercáriâ already hinted
that he might approve of this. "I could possibly approve of this," he said,
according to yet another nameless source.

VERCÁRIÂ THROWS HAT IN THE RING
(Cézembre) "Now wait a minute," he says, "this may or may not happen. Actually
I'm not even wearing a hat. Anyway it's a fact that Presidential elections are
due in May. I might throw a ring into the hat of President Anglatzarâ, though."
Experts don't know what to make of this enigmatic whispering.

Or something.
