... are now out. The important question to ask at this point is: does the Government now have a plan worked out for a smooth transition over to using Witt-E?

Which government? If you're asking a member of the outgoing government, the plan was to start using the new forum as soon as possible, given the referendum endorses this.

As soon as the transition has been successful and possible minor flaws have been ironed out, the government would ask Andy to make a copy of the abandoned Wittenberg X and to publish this copy, so that every Talossan can read it. He once demonstrated that this is possible.

As soon as the read-only copy of Witt X is published, we can thank the maintainer of Witt X for his sterling work, his generousity and for everything and all what he did for us, and we can tell him, that, regarding the maintainance of Witt X, he is a free man from that moment on (i.e., he doesn't have to host Witt X any longer).

Last step, after everthing else is done: The domain name of Witt X (talossaonline.com) may be transferred to Witt XII (a.k.a. talossaweb.org).
