The Progressive candidate's surplus divided 2/3 in favour of GV, 1/3 in favour of Davïu. Which means we have...  ... a tie for the last seat. Crap. The DemoChoice software does not seem to have tiebreaking provisions for this situation - which makes me convinced that we will not use this software again, next time. We used to have tiebreaking provisions in the Electoral Law, but they were deleted when we shifted to using a software-based system. (Thank you very much Adiêns Glaçâ, whose idea I think it was to shift to just specifying the software! ;-) So... what is to be done?
