Let's make this very easy and trust in this as being the most-democratic decision that could have been made. I, for one, have absolutely no problem with the way in which Miestrâ made the decision she made, and had it been me as SoS, it is the very way I myself would have broken the tie. Let us give a great congratulations to Daviu, and the best of luck to him in the upcoming term. And no matter how we may feel about Hillary and Barack, let us give great thanks that we are not the U.
