I tried to grant Dave posting rights in the new CoD, but apparently didn't tick the right box.
One thing we should possibly reform are these many confusing group memberships under the hood of the new board, which stem from some vague ideas that we were exploring in the first days of talossaweb.org, almost exactly one year ago. I think "citizen" and "friend of the republic" should suffice as distinctions.
