> 1. The Province of Cezembre shall maintain an official, publicly available website.

> 2. The Dude shall be responsible to the General Assembly for the content and functioning of the website. The Dude may delegate certain tasks at his/her discretion to a Deputy, to be known as the Grefiéir, relating to the maintenance of the website.

> (a) a record of all enactments of the General Assembly, all Decrets Executif and all official statements made by the Dude on behalf of the Province;
