Propaganda Law
1. The Province of Cezembre shall maintain an official, publicly available website.
2. The Dude shall be responsible to the General Assembly for the content and functioning of the website. The Dude may delegate certain tasks at his/her discretion to a Deputy, to be known as the Grefiéir, relating to the maintenance of the website.
3. The website shall contain the following information:
(a) a record of all enactments of the General Assembly, all Decrets Executif and all official statements made by the Dude on behalf of the Province;
(b) a record of the offical flags and symbols of the province;
(c) information relating to the history, culture and government of the province.;
(d) any other information that the Dude shall see fit to present on behalf of the province, subject to the oversight of the General Assembly.
4. The Dude (and/or Grefiéir, if one is designated), shall make access to the website available to any citizen of the Province of Cezembre who requests it, subject to considerations of public order and the laws of the province of Cezembre and the Republic of Talossa.
5. The domain name and content of the official website shall be the patrimony of all citizens of the Province of Cezembre, and may not be sold, transferred or duplicated without the consent of the General Assembly.
