I think we can all agree S:reu Tarfa deserves his job back. Therefore, I present my resignation. But seriously, as a Minister my time is sadly limited, so I will have to cut back on my ancillary activities in Talossa.
There is no specific provision for resignation in the constitution. However, to create a precedent, we can use section 2 (c) of the Procedures in this case
2. (c) Votes for the removal of the Dude, as provided in Loi Fondamentale §9, once seconded, shall be immediately voted on within 7 days and it becomes immediatly effective.
As Dude I don't think I need to second myself, but if someone would care to, I wouldn't object. Make it appropriately scatalogical. S:reu Tarfa can get busy adding some language on resignations once he is elected. I'll actually vote for him this time.
I leave it up to the Greiffer to convene the extraordinary AG to elect the new Dude, whoever it may be.
