Let an ambitious Dude come up with proposals and prod the population as often as s/he likes, and let a lazy bum of a Dude sit back and do nothing until challenged. Used to work in the Kingdom, should work now. Alternatively, let's kidnap Pól Brigâ from our parallel universe and elect him... :-p
