Dermot | I declare the capital of Cezembre to be Saint Brendan (Saint Brendan, in French, Sant Brendan, in Brezhong, and somebody else will have to fill this in later in Talossan), on the grounds of what was formerly the licenced establishment known as le Repaire des Corsaires.
I hereby appoint myself Provisional Mayor of the Commune of Saint Brendan pending municipal elections...eventually.
