I thnk I was and apparently I still am. :-)
I guess I don't need to legislate the real estate do I? ;-)
Here's the backstory of this choice:
In days of yore the capital of Florencia was whatever house I was renting.
Irving Manor was the first official Capital although Warren Manor was where I wrote the original draft for the constitution. I used to move allot back then.
I adopted a provision that if I ever moved out of the province, the Landmark Building would be the default capital. I did this because it is the highest profile public building in the province. That you could find me in either the theater or the bar 5 days out of the week may have contributed to this as well.
When I initially proposed The Landmark there were skeptics, mostly because of the bar, hence the sales pitch.
I'll review the text on this one.
