Geography
Provincial Borders: I have not comment on the Provincial borders and will leave that to those who are more knowledgeable.
Languages: Someone might have an issue with declaring provicial languages. I happen to like it.
Capital: I would prefer this to be set as the site for the historical capital.
Should a standing Governor move within the borders of the Province, their residence would be considered the focal point of the province and reassume the honor of being the provincial capital. The domicile would then adopt the name “manor” prefaced with the Street name (i.e. Irving Manor)
I will most likely be in the minority here being the raving loony progressive here, but I would like this stricken from the constitution as there is no way to enforce this as Governor's residence. Perhaps adding language which shows that this is the case from a purely historical standpoint and that would be OK, other than that it seems to be there for the sake of the words.
Citizenry
VI. All Florenicans must be citizens of the Republic of Talossa and be assigned to this province. Upon assignment, the citizen is not allowed to participate in voting for the first 3 months which are deemed a "settling period".
I am not sure how I feel about this. One of the primary reasons for me to join has been the political aspect. This may reduce someones desire to become a citizen if they cannot vote privincially right away, assuming that there is an election that is soon available up becoming a citizen. Hmmm... Needs more discussion I think.

Florencia Gov
a Talossan citizen for at least 1 year and have held a government post (such as member of a cabinet, or a justice of the court) or been an active member in the legislative chamber for at least one session.
I am not sure if this is in the best interests of Talossa on a whole. It would be ideal, I think, if Provincial Governorship be one of the first stepping stones to a polotical life here in Talossa. A much more powerful and influential position in the Chamber requires only that they cannot be a Senator, High Court Justice, Secretary of State or President of the Republic.
Perhaps reducing the time rquirement to equal the 3 month settling period, assuming that we keep it, could be reasonable, and strike the previous experience requirement.
Legislature: There are two mentionings of the Kingdom here that need to be corrected.
I am not sure what to say about this. It strikes me as something. I need to think about this part some more.
I will take some more time later to look at the rest of the Constitution.
Good work so far.
