(last post: March 14, 2008 - 13:42) | The Constitution of Florenciâ is to be amended and in it's final form by March 1st. Once a Final Constitution has been presented, the citizens of Florenciâ will have one week to vote for or against it.
If there is not a Final Constitution by that date, I will declare myself Governor of this province and enact a set of Fundamental Orders to be binding law for one year. This process will continue until a time comes when we have a Final Constitution for the Province.
