Preamble
Wasn't there a redone Preamble some where. I am recoding the Constitution so it easier to read and I want to make sure it is up to date.
Florencia Gov
a Talossan citizen for at least 1 year and have held a government post (such as member of a cabinet, or a justice of the court) or been an active member in the legislative chamber for at least one session.
I am not sure if this is in the best interests of Talossa on a whole. It would be ideal, I think, if Provincial Governorship be one of the first stepping stones to a political life here in Talossa.
A much more powerful and influential position in the Chamber requires only that they cannot be a Senator, High Court Justice, Secretary of State or President of the Republic. It is so much easier to get into the premier law making body of the Republic than it is into the Provincial Governorship.
Perhaps reducing the time rquirement to equal the 3 month settling period could be reasonable, and strike the previous experience requirement.
The Rest
I will try to take a look at the last half tomorrow or Friday.
Really I will this time. =)
