I understand that you are a busy man. Taking care of your family is an honorable thing to do. I did fly off the handle and it wasn't productive. I have single-handedly set back the Flo Cons several weeks and I shouldn't have.
I believe that the Flo Cons is complete, that it is ready to be ratified. When and how we ratify is up to you, as your are the Governor. It's of little concern to me when we ratify as I have already said that I am happy with the Flo Cons and will vote Per anyway. |
