Estimat Governadéir, may I point out that if we really want to go the "annexation" route, we have to be persuading people of the other provinces to join our crusade, rather than threatening them? I might remind you that to annex another province, even one without a government, we do need at least one of their citizens to put their name to a petition approving of the annexation. Are we serious about doing this, and if so, shall I draw up a petition?

Yeah, certainly. I'm writing to the new SoS immediately, and after that it's up to him to declare the election and the Government Ministers (who will actually be operating the ballot box this time) to make it happen.
