    Miestrâ Schivâ    		Sounds like someone is trying to build a Kingdom of Talossa at the provincial level.

    I thought that the provinces were suppose to be snippets of land for citizens to develop, not for the unispired to merge like some multinational corporation.

    For shame Maricopa. Is your next step to declare someone Ki.....I mean Lord Governor of your super province?

    Now if someone does come along with some ideas for legitimate development they will have to figure out how to do it for all of Pangea.
