Miestrâ Schivâ | > Okie-dokie - since the Gubner seems to have something better to do (perhaps finding hiding places for refugees from the defeated Cézembre rebellion), I will convene the General Assembly of the Province of Maricopa to debate the following:

> 1. The General Assembly of the Province of Maricopa hereby ratifies the Triple-M Provincial Merger Bill, and hereby reconstitutes itself as the General Assembly of Great Southern Province.

> 2. The former provinces of Maricopa, Maritiimi and Pórt Maxhestic will continue to exist as Districts within Great Southern Province. They shall have internal-self government, subject to veto by this General Assembly.

> 3. Any District can, by a petition of 2/3 of its residents, apply to the Federal Parlamînt to secede from Great Southern Province resume its status as a full Province. The General Assembly shall not hinder any such process.
