Bother, I was sloppy when I read that. I read "And if I might request, no one elses" as "And if I might request, anyone elses."

Don't delete anything. Thanks for your input and this topic will be brought up again for larger discussion later, probably on a different board.
I figure that since Chris and myself have so much to do these days from a judicial standpoint, we can use this chamber as a "Judicial Think Tank" from time to time. I encourage others to view, but in order to keep the thread drift to a minimum, it should be just Chris and myself here.
