Unless you'd prefer to decree the "court rules" with the powers of the Chief Justice, all sentences beginning with the 1st person singularis ("I ask you", "I advise you" etc.) should be rewritten in a neutral way (like "it is recommended", "you are asked to.." etc.).
Then a clause about procedures of how to adopt, to amend and the duration of the rules should be added, like "these court rules have been adopted unanimously by the members of this court, can be amended by unanimous vote of the members of this court at any time, and shall become null and void once this provisional court is dissolved according to the provisions of the provisional constitution of the Republic of Talossa".
