Azul,

> Whereever we shall be going in this, we should keep in mind that first and foremost non-Talossan national and/or international laws will apply, and/or terms of service of the providers that host Talossan web space. That is, there probably will be terms of service, that can't be declared illegal/irrelevant under Talossan Law; and possibly a real, legal group ownership (in a non-Talossan way) is also something that can't be achieved, as outside of the Talossan context we are US-Americans, Canadians, Norwegians etc.

> Nonetheless we could share financial and other burdens, and if neccessary, we could negotiate some special terms of service (beyond those that lie outside of the range of our legislation).

Understood. What I am encouraging is a change in the way we deal with our Wittmeisters. I trust them to continue taking care of hosting issues and all the fancy web stuff. MOre a concern for us are the issues of editorial control and fiscal support. Up to now we have just let them handle all that stuff. This is the second hiccup in that system I've been asked to mediate regarding editorial issues. Now that we are away from some of the feudal/futile systems of old, it would be nice to see some actual ground rules created with the folks who keep us online.

Maybe we need an entrance fee which goes exclusively to keeping us online!!!!!!!

Pre-empting lawsuits is alwasy a good idea.:-)
