Andy renounced his citizenship a couple of months ago. I am adamant that this must mean that he is no longer a citizen, regardless of whether his renunciation was acknowledged or not. See http://www.talossaonline.com/1.22099.0.html. Do you agree?
Moreover, how are ex-citizens readmitted as citizens? It should be enough with a simple referendum, or?
