Art Verbotten | All of this depends on when the Prez assented to the Immigration Bill you folks just passed in the legislature and whether is was before Andy's return request or after it.
If Andy's return request was before the assent, the only legal guidelines about his or any of our citizenship's consist of what was stated in Article 2 of the Constitution.
There isn't much there regarding this topic folks, so it is my legal opinion that Andy or anyone else who may have bailed since we started were technically still citizens since we legally had no way to recognize their departure.
That issue is past history.
If Andy's request was after the assent, then he has all the hoops to jump through to get back in.
