I only just read this post a few moments ago.
I was busy tonight meeting some folks for the first time, and then I did a little golfing.
Do not apologize for shoddy writing.
This Constitution is better than most of the ones I've had to work with so far and we are going to find ambiguities no matter how many times we go over it.
That's actually healthy.
I stated when I took over this post that It was going to be an adventure tweeking this document to make it work.
So here we are at the first tweeks. :-)
I will take a look at your requests and try to have some answers in the next few days.
I'd do it sooner, but I'm really busy with real life these days.
