your honour, ms. shiva: i don't want to be a nitpicker, but i stood down immediately after i withdrew rc9. so imho presently i'm a mere citizen and simple mr. vercaria and can't withdraw anything in the legislative procedures of the c.o.d. #1.
(sorry for the all-lowercase-typing, it's not a matter of disrespect or a modernish attitude. one of my arms is in cast.)
