Art Verbotten | My apologies to all for being negligent in this appointment.
It was pointed out to me that the Constitution of the Republic, 2.4.3, provides as follows:
\"Every Court established under this Constitution shall nominate a Clerk. The Clerk shall
publish and archive the decisions of that Court, the reasons for those decisions, and any
minority opinions.\"
Given that she has already volunteered for the post, organized the text of the decisions rendered, and built the webpage for it, it would be foolish for me to nominate anyone other than Miestra Schiva for the post of High Court Clerk.
