I was in the thick of the second of my Cisco Systems classes and completely missed the vote.
My apologies. Looks like I could have been the deciding one.

Glad to see we are keeping the "Reign of Three" on the Court.
I'd hate to have another Judicial tie and end up using my tactics of verbal abuse with the threat of physical violence to get my way. :-)
I just copy/pasted the initial draft of the Constitution that Miestra "cobbled" together.
I purposely stayed away from most of the process here, until now.
Too many cooks.........:-)
I finish fall semester schooling tomorrow, so I finally will have some time to sit down and read what you folks have put together. I will be going over the Court stuff in particular, just to see what dynamics will have changed from the Kingdom's version.
I will probably go over the archives of the discussions you folks had over the major articles as well. Recognizing the intent of each article is about is as important as the words used to define them.
