Surely we will not ever need more than twenty-nine general discussion forums! But one never knows...

    > 30 to 39 are reserved for the legislative ( 36 to 39 reserved for the future Senate )

Too few, too few... Especially for the Senate...

    > 40 to 49 are reserved for the executive

    That's plenty.

    > 50 to 89 are reserved for other government functions ( commissions, etc... )

    That will be fine.

    > 90 to 99 are reserved for the judicial ( thought the high Court is currently 4 )

    That will work, too.

    > 101 to 109 are reserved for provinces

    Very good.

Though if I had been the one working on this, I would have gone with this scheme or something like it:

    1-99999 for general forums
    100000 - 199999 for the legislature
    200000 - 299999 for the executive
    300000 - 399999 for the judicial
    400000 - 599999 for the provinces
    600000 - 999999 for everything else

Yes, I would have done it just like this so as to not have to go back and change things (how difficult is that, btw?), but that's just me. :-)

    Redundancy is a good thing.
