It's adding an age limit (actually, 18) to the requirements for being eligible into a variety of important offices (such as President, Seneschál etc). One main reason behind this is that in some affairs of the Republic our representatives must be entitled to conduct banking and other legal business in macronations (for example, in the field of nationalising our webspace).

I know that, but I was talking about the sentence «the bill passed into the Constitution as the 10th Amendment». The talossan system is not like the American one, and the usage of american words or sentences is factually incorrect.
This is an amendment to the Constitution, the Age-Limit Amendment or the IVCoD 2nd Amendment if you want. There's no reason for amendments to have a number, because they don't "pass in the Constitution" but "amends articles of the Constitution".
I don't want to make a critics to Jay (Good job! ;) ), but only to remember Americans that the world is not the USA.
I'm working for Academia Thules reciving admissions forms: every admission i've riceved in the adress lack of the three letters "USA". Every person in the world shoudl know what MN is? (For me for exemple MN means "Mantova") I hate this beaviour! :-O
Sorry my fellows Talossans US-residents! |

The Irish Republic does exactly the same thing, cxhn. Tarfâ. You should know this, as Bunreacht na hEireann is one of our own Constituziun's major influences. The world is not the USA, and Europe is not Italy.

But it's not provided as such in our Constitution. |
