Neither, nor. Maybe we'd have to ask the electors, if they remember an election which they would have missed if the voting period was only one week.
But we'll have to take a look at the campaigning side, too. How many of the candidates would have been missing the "hot phase" of a campaign, if the voting period would be only one week?
I think it's easy to miss one week; two weeks may be a long time, but it suits our part-time Talossan life well.

I don't know. It would seem to be a case but maybe the hard campaigning in the last week made more of an impact than I would have thought.
