(last post: March 24, 2008 - 14:06) | if there is something to be grown, it needs a good soil. culture is the humus of Talossa, culture is the body material of our nationette. ministry of culture plans to institutionalise the culture only by means of arching over some cultural enterprises, but mostly to appeal the citizens to do culture, create culture, live culture. as a minister, by my personal exemplar, I would like to form the snowball and let it run down the hill, so at the end, the Talossan culture will be raging and flourishing on its scale.
if to set out the direction, the most important aim should be the promotion of our, Talossan language; step by step. not all of us deal with easy meeting new language, but we should try to incorporate Talossan language into our Talossan lifes as deeply as possible, after Prüms Paçen în Ladîntsch, there must be Secunds Paçen, Tierçéux… next aim of ministry in language matters will be new, more comprehensive grammar textbook, if authorities would agree, located on www. more, if authorities would agree, the new orthography is last, but not least goal in governmental language policy. all that is planned to be supervised by body of Istitüt del Glheþ Talossán with cxhns. Miestra Schivâ, Martì-Pair Furxheir, Üc Tärfâ and minister him-self inside. anyone else interested will be heartedly welcome.
the second main aim should be the centralised information source on all collectable cultural projects of both Talossan states, Republic and Kingdom, El Haxh Virtuál à Talossa. this should serve a very special purpose – to show that there might be two Talossan states, but the Talossan heritage is shared. This includes development of the Talossan heritage, i.e. refining all the ideas that it contains (e.g. Milwaukee spiritual land or Berber project).
the initiative in culture must come from citizens. I do not find wise to found e.g. Talossán Naziunál Operâ only because some canon nations have opera theatres too, but if there is a bunch of enthusiasts, who love Verdi, Janáèek or Wagner, and they are keen to organise performances, write dramas and even broadcast them for our dispersed community, they should and will receive as much support as government is able to give.
Talossan culture must be the window into our nationette, so shall all peeping passers-by stop by in a wondering and then stay to become proud Talossans.
