For Debate of the Deputies
Esteemed Deputies,
I like you to discuss the following writ, and like you to do it soon. Note that this writ is not meant to enforce an early, panic-induced permanent move to "Wittenberg XII". It is meant to be a temporary measure that will become null and void in the very moment when we hear from the Wittmaster that no further outages of Wittenberg XI are to be expected any time soon. Thank you.
Executive Order III.7 - state of emergency
Fellow Citizens,
once again, within a short period of time, the forum known as Wittenberg XI can't be accessed. I herewith rule that all business of the Government of the Republic will be conducted on Wittenberg XII, until it will be confirmed that our traditional Webspace is back up and running reliably again.
I know that the Constitution doesn't say anything about this situation, but this is a time to take on action. I'm hereby asking the Deputies and the Seneschal for their support for this unusual measure, to keep the Republic afloat.
