The Constitution of the Republic, section II.2.31, states as follows:
A bill adopted by Parlamînt to amend the Constitution shall shall be submitted by the Chairs of both houses to the Secretary of State, who shall present the bill to the people in a referendum as provided by law.
5RC4, the Eleventh Amendment to the Constitution (Presidential and Senatorial Requirements) Bill, has been passed by the Chamber of Deputies, sitting as Parlamînt under Constitution II.2.4.
Acting in my position as sole Chair of Parlamînt, I therefore submit this Bill to your office to present to the people in a referendum, at your earliest convenience.
