1. I hereby give notice under Federal Code II.5.2, Section 2(f), that s:reu Davïu Rôibeardét, having fulfilled all the requirements of that Code, has requested a referendum to grant him citizenship in the Talossan Republic.
2. I hereby give notice under Federal Code II.5.2, Section 4(e), that s:reu Eiric Börnatfiglheu, having fulfilled all the requirements of that Code, has requested a referendum to restore his citizenship in the Talossan Republic.
3. I hereby note that the Eleventh Amendment to the Constitution has never been put to referendum, despite it being referred to your office on Gün li. 3 of this year.
4. I would hereby like to formally invite you to make all of these referendums happen.
