    Here is my breakdown of why.

    Because.......

    We have the rest of whenever to fine tune this document.
    It seems like we are all trying to write something that is "perfect" fresh out of the blocks.

    That isn't going to happen.
    I don't care how great our legal minds are, we are going to find holes and we are going to have to fix them. That is what the legislature is for.
    Perfect would eliminate the legislature because we wouldn't want to change anything.:-)

    What we've got so far will do for starters.
    Let's just keep the ball moving.

    We're nation building folks. :-)
