Here is the Second Draft Constitution, amended as you, the citizens of the Republic, have desired.
I provisionally a week of discussion and suggestions for amendment. I think we can cut the discussion period down to one week this time, unless anyone has any strong amendments - I think we got most of the important bits first time around.
