... before I close nominations and start voting on the Second Round of constitutional amendments. As it stands, only two amendments have been moved and seconded (the Unicameral amendment and the Quorums) amendment. If citizens Furxhéir or Valcádac'h want to get a "partial Senate elections" amendment up and running, they have 24 hours from now to get a seconder to a motion of that nature.

At this stage, I'm thinking that we won't need another round of discussion after this one, so, last chance, dudes. After this, the Constitution will be considered complete apart from whatever tinkering with wording or spelling the Committee might feel appropriate, and after that it will be submitted to the PGC for final, yes/no ratification.
