Miestrā Schivā		... is available here. I have corrected a few typos and dangling references, but apart from that, this is what the people have voted for so far.

To repeat: from this point, I will only consider substantive amendments, moved and seconded within the next week. Other than that, Chris, Michael, Andy, JKK and myself will scope it out one more time for typos, and then we'll get the referendum machinery in progress.

    BTW, are we going to vote on the 6 voters for a senator, 5 senators for a senate alternate draft of the constitution ? I think it is perfect !
