A good point. The problem is finding two people who were (a) qualified for the job, (b) willing to step aside from all political office for the time being. I think finding *one* of those might be a mish. (Do you have that expression in America? Short for "mission", i.e. a challenging task.)
Nevertheless, if we do have two such citizens, I will be all in favour of a bill in Parlamint to appoint a second Justice. I think we should have as many as are qualified and available, which I think will be pushing it to get to 2 in the early days at least.
