The thing is, as you say, it was a label we hung on a "SH Talossan" identity, like Cezembre was the Euro-Talossan province. We would have been equally happy in Florencia, or even Port Maxhestic - it's not well known that, just before the Cort rejected me, Ben had accepted a compromise plan that would have given us PM as our little stamping ground. O

Mainly because we only have one SH citizen, and I'm more than happy to be a Cezembrian, because of the cultural affinity I feel with our Euro-Talossan citizens. In any case, I am more than happy to give up any claim to a huge useless expanse of ice. Let's annex somewhere sunnier.
