I think that we should have 2 justice, in order to have an appeal system.

In the Kingdom of Talossa, there was only 1 cort, and any decision was final.

We should have a system where with 2 justice, you are tried in front of one of the two justice ( according to availability ) and in case you feel there was an error in the procedure, you could appeal to the second justice.

Of course, Appeal would be on procedure errors, such as bad interpretation of the law by a Justice, or if you feel your rights have been violated.

Appeals wouldn't be automatic, you would need permission to appeal, and to get it, you would need to convince one of the 2 justice ( hey, a Justice might admit later on that he DID possible made an error ).

Of course, we don't NEED the 2 justice RIGHT NOW. One of the two posts could be vacant, and would be required if someone actually files for an appeal.

Until then, we can run with a single justice.

However, putting the right to appeal in the constitution would set a very important distinction with other micronations that only have one cort.

What do you think folks ???
