I think I meant "until the design is ready". But I think we've got an acceptable compromise now.
By the way, please have a once-over the latest drafts of sections 9 and 10. If I don't get any adverse comment by Sunday, I will be declaring the First Draft Constitution complete. Then we'll meddle with the wording and cosmetics of the document for a couple of weeks before opening the Convention up to the whole people.
