This should be split in 3 parts, with the Double Jeopardy and Bills of Attainder having their own section.
Furthermore, what a Bill of attainder is should be define IN THE CONSTITUTION.

As for 30, is this against Double Jeopardy ?
It should be more like in Canada, than in the US.
In the US, if someone corrupts a Jury for a murder Trial, and get found non-guilty, they can only be tried on the jury corruption, not on the murder, right ?
In Canada, the trial CAN ( with a lot of trouble ) be declared a mis-trial and occur again.
In the US, if a Jury cannot reach a verdict, the person walks, no ?
In Canada, there is a second Trial with a new Jury.
