    Andrew Lowry    		Personally, I'd prefer to open the thing up to public input as soon as possible. As the document now stands, it's a damn good one. Every time I start to read a section, I'll think "A-HA! You forgot about such-and-so!" only to find my fairly nitpicky concern addressed a few lines down. So, let's roll with it! Power to the people!
