It is for forming, and later modifying the Legislative procedures code of the Republic.

Any citizen is welcomed to post ideas, but eventually, it will be moderated by the actual Legislative procedures commission of the House of Deputies.

    Here may be seen the old Standing Orders of the Penguinean Althing. It's probably far more complicated than what we need in our House of Deputies, but I think we could build a Republican Talossan set of standing orders around this general framework.

    For those of you not up with the old-school Penguinean constitution, the "House of Keys" was our elected Cabinet, more or less.

    I hope that the Standing Orders of the House of Deputies will be less wordy than the Constitution. ;-)
